Cancellation Policy
I ask that appointments are cancelled 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of the booking deposit. I understand things come up people and or kids get sick, things happen. Please reschedule asap. Late cancellations may need to pay the booking deposit again to book. No shows will also need to pay the balance owed on the appointment before being able to book again.
